WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently deliver across mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to Ireland, the Channel Islands and some remote areas of the UK.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We offer a Tracked service through a UK courier; check your email confirmation for links to track your order.
WHAT IF IM NOT IN?
At the time you place your order you will be able to state a safe place or neighbour to leave your delivery with. If you are not in and we have not been advised of an alternative place to leave the delivery then it will be left on your doorstep, ready for when you return.
HOW LONG CAN OUR MEALS STAY IN THE DELIVERY BOXES?
Our packaging suppliers advise that the food will stay frozen for approximately 24 hours from the time that it is collected. The meals are packed in strong, durable cardboard boxes with insulated wool liners and ice gel packs to make sure they stay frozen for as long as possible. However, if you are not in make sure to inform us of a shaded safe place or a neighbour. As soon as you receive the meals put them into the freezer.
I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL/I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
At checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We ship using a tracked service (usually Parcelforce or DPD) within mainland UK. This means you can expect delivery in around 2 working days. When you place an order you will receive an email with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track it’s progress.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We currently deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. For orders placed by 12pm from Monday to Thursday we aim to deliver your order by 5pm the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Please note during exceptionally busy times these timings may vary.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
We have a flat rate of £7.50 for delivery. However, there is no delivery charge for orders over £50.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
Please check your confirmation email for tracking links.
If you cannot track your parcel or you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 2 business days please contact us at info@shuroshirin and we will be able to help.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT.
In the rare occasion this happens, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help from there.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to help from there.
