Saffron Chicken Kebab (Joojeh Kabab)
Joojeh kabab is a classic Persian chicken kabab recipe. The secret to this dish is all in the method for the marinade!
We use boneless chicken thigh which we smother in saffron, yoghurt and fresh lemon juice.
Ours comes raw and ready to cook in the oven/pan but for best results skewer and barbecue!
Chicken, Yoghurt (Milk), Lime Juice, Onions, Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Saffron, Rapeseed Oil.

Keep frozen below -18. Once defrosted, store below 5°c and consume within 48 hours.
